Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes POS billing, barcode scanning, up to 200 products and 2 users with no time limit.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every new account gets the Standard plan (including hire purchase) free for 14 days. No card needed. When the trial ends you stay on the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan — your data is kept.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer or deposit in rupees (upload the slip in your account), Visa/Mastercard/eZ Cash via PayHere when enabled, or PayPal in US dollars.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or renew anytime from Subscription in your dashboard.
Which plan has the hire purchase / instalment module?
Standard and above include instalment agreements, guarantors, warranty tracking and WhatsApp reminders.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you are not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
