Getting started

1. Create your account at swiftpos.lk/register.
2. Company settings — add your logo, address, VAT number and receipt footer under Settings.
3. Add products — Inventory → Add product, or Import Data → Products to upload a CSV.
4. Print labels — Print Labels → choose products → print.
5. Start billing — open POS Terminal, scan or search, and complete the sale.

Instalments (hire purchase)

Instalments → New agreement → choose customer, product, plan and guarantors. Approve the agreement, then record payments as they come in. Overdue accounts are flagged automatically each morning.

Users & roles

Users → Add user. Roles: admin, manager, cashier, stock manager, accountant and instalment officer.

Subscription & payments

Subscription → choose a plan → pay by bank transfer, card (PayHere) or PayPal. Bank transfers are activated after we verify your slip, usually within a few hours.
