This policy explains how DKwebArt ("we") handles personal data in SwiftPOS, in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, business name, email, phone and login activity.
- Business data you enter — products, sales, customers, suppliers and instalment records. For this data you are the controller and we act on your instructions.
- Website data — inquiry form submissions and anonymous analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) if enabled.
How we use it
To provide and support the service, process subscription payments, send service messages (such as trial and payment notices) and improve SwiftPOS. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We use trusted providers for hosting, email, WhatsApp messaging and payment processing (bank, PayHere, PayPal). They only receive the data needed to perform their service.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is restricted by role, and backups are taken regularly. We keep data while your account is active and delete it on request or after an extended period of inactivity.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by contacting us.
