These terms apply to your use of SwiftPOS (swiftpos.lk), a cloud point-of-sale service operated by DKwebArt (Business Reg. No. WZ 9658), Minuwangoda, Sri Lanka. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must give accurate business and contact details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users you create.
2. Plans, trials and payment
The Free plan has no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly, annually or once (lifetime) at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. New accounts receive a free trial; when it ends, the account continues on the Free plan unless a paid plan is purchased. Payments made by bank transfer are activated after verification.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals are not refundable once the period has started.
4. Your data
You own the business data you enter. We store it securely and only access it to provide support when you ask, or where required by law. You can export or ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SwiftPOS for unlawful activity, attempt to access other businesses' data, or interfere with the service.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
